Description: Facilities: 14 campsites, day-use area, public beach, rustic picnic cabin, water hand pump. Location: 26 km west of Castelgar on Highway 3. An easily-accessible, roadside park with a sub-alpine lake, Nancy Greene Provincial Park is a welcoming and convenient site for day-users and campers. The park is a popular overnight stop for RVer’s and also provides day-use for local residents wishing to escape the summer heat of the valley. It’s picturesque lake makes it a great spot to enjoy fishing, picnicking, walking, swimming, and nordic skiing in the winter. Grizzly Bear sightings are common in Spring and early Summer. Open from May 15 through the last weekend in September.
